This month’s Portland NORML membership meeting is Saturday, September 24th (12:00 o’clock noon) at Portland Hempstalk 2016 (Waterfront Park)! Portland NORML is excited to spread both our message and our wares this year from the Portland NORML vendor booth at Portland Hempstalk, and I thought it would be a great place to have a on location casual meet-up. We’ll be able to support the cannabis community by supporting a cannabis community event!
