Portland NORML is proud to announce that we’ll be presenting at the FREE Educational Marijuana Training event sponsored by Big Village Coalition (in partnership with HAAYCC). The Educational Marijuana Training will be held from 9am - 2pm on October 10th, 2016 at The Portland Hilton, located at 921 SW 6th Ave, Portland, OR 97204.
Portland NORML believes in the power of education as a tool to prevent substance abuse among youth.
Portland NORML embraces this opportunity to participate in such an important community event, and in being a part of the ongoing conversation surrounding marijuana policy in the Portland area.

The two previous Educational Marijuana Training events were a huge success, which has resulted in an expanded number of seats this year. However, seats are still limited, so be sure to register as soon as possible while spots are still available!
The focus of this year’s Educational Marijuana Training will be understanding and working towards meeting the needs of Portland’s youth and understanding the needs of the multi-cultural community. Organizers believe these objectives will be reached by allowing the audience to engage in an interactive panel with youth from the Portland area.
