Portland NORML Logo footPortland NORML was very disappointed to learn The World Famous Cannabis Cafe recently announced it will be closing in March. This is the second known establishment forced to close their doors in response to changes made to Oregon’s Indoor Clean Air Act, following The Other Spot’s January 1st closure.
This negatively impacts Oregon’s cannabis economy at all levels—from consumers and patients to small businesses, and most alarmingly, it threatens the fragile rights of our newly-legalized cannabis industry. Portland NORML will be working diligently throughout the year to ensure a level playing field for all, and to protect the freedoms that were voted into place.
