Oregon Hemp Convention

Our regular monthly membership meeting is this Saturday at High Noon.  We’re excited to be holding our meeting at the Portland Expo Center at 2060 N Marine Drive as part of the Oregon Hemp Convention.  We will have some great speakers on the topic of industrial hemp and some updates on the latest bills at the legislature and our efforts regarding them, plus our usual free raffle prize drawings.

UPDATE:  Our industrial hemp speakers for the meeting will be Doug Fine, New York Times-bestselling author of “Too High to Fail” and “Hemp Bound”, and Joy Beckerman-Maher, President of Hemp Ace International LLC and expert in Hempcrete

Most of all, we have our new t-shirts, stickers, and membership cards for you!  The t-shirts are tagless Hanes 100% cotton*, come in black, green, white, or blue, and sizes Men’s S to XXXL and Women’s S - L.

* Yes, we know… cottton at a hemp convention?  Where’s our hemp t-shirts?  We will have some soon.  But hemp t-shirts are expensive (since it is prohibited) and it will take us some time to build up to affording them.
