Thanks for the great summary Mr. Belville.
Have these new bills affected the regulations around medical marijuana to date? I am curious because the Oregon Adminstrative Rules are still showing the “original” rules, including the definition of a immature plant and the numbers of plants allowed.

I think those changes may not go into effect until March 2016, but I’ll check.
